Imagine Series

Falling in the “good” category, the entry-level offering from Hybrid Audio Technologies is the Imagine series.  The Imagine series has the all the heritage and bloodlines of more-expensive Hybrid Audio Technologies products, but at a price that anyone can afford.

Imagine products boast a unique coaxial and convertible component set design allowing for a wide-variety of installations.  Each Imagine kit comes boxed as a coaxial, but also contains necessary parts for conversion into a component set.  Each Imagine kit comes with a pair of midbass with coaxially-mounted 25mm soft-dome tweeters, a set of midbass extended phase plug pole pieces that are screwed in from the rear of the speaker, through the pole piece, midbass frame-integrated crossovers for the tweeter, tweeter hardware with several tweeter mounting options, connection wire, grilles, and an extra set of magnet decals.

Clarus Series

The “better” product line offered by Hybrid Audio Technologies is our Clarus series, a “cost-effective high end” option for the customer that wants a premium speaker system without going into the “best” and “superior” categories Hybrid Audio Technologies offers.  All design cues for the Clarus series were taken from the Legatia series.  Clarus was reviewed by Car Audio & Electronics Magazine and was found to be one of the top-three in the magazine's 16+ year history of reviewing products. 

Clarus products come in two different kits, the C51-2 (a 5 ¼” component set), and the C61-2 (a 6 ½” component set).  Each Clarus kit contains a pair of midbass, a pair of 20mm soft-dome tweeters, Clarus competition crossovers with nickel-plated spring-loaded terminals (suitable for display), tweeter hardware with several tweeter mounting options, connection wire, and grilles.

Legatia Series

The “best” product line offered by Hybrid Audio Technologies is our Legatia series, a truly high-end approach to in-car sound quality and acoustical performance.  We know Legatia is not for everyone; it’s for discerning audiophiles that want the very best in their car audio speakers and have refined listening habits.  Irrespective of price, Legatia is the finest car audio speakers available today, and are eclipsed only by our special project speakers, found in the Legatia Pro series.  All design cues for the Legatia series were done to ensure superior performance with minimal effort.

Legatia products are sold in two- and three-way kits, and also ala carte, allowing you to design a custom “bespoke” system of Legatia products, or a combination of Legatia and Clarus.  In the Legatia line, we offer the L3 (a 3.7” O.D. midrange), L4 (a 4.65” O.D. midrange), the L6 (a 7.1” O.D. midrange/midbass), and the L8 (an 8.5” O.D. midrange/midbass).  In addition to the midranges and midbass’ offered, we are pleased to introduce our Legatia L1V2, the second generation of the highly-acclaimed Legatia L1 tweeter.  The L1V2 is a 20mm soft-dome tweeter housed in a fully machined aluminum body, having spring-loaded terminals for ease of connection.  And like the Clarus competition crossovers, the Legatia crossovers are show-worthy networks consisting of the highest-grade parts and nickel-plated spring-loaded terminals.  The L2x, a bi-amplified two-way crossover is available now, with the L3x, a three-way bi-amplified crossover to be available soon.

Legatia Pro Series

The “superior” product line offered by Hybrid Audio Technologies is our Legatia Pro series, a collection of the most serious audiophile products and special project speakers and speaker systems.   While it has been established that Legatia is the finest car audio speakers available today, the Pro series is the benchmark by which other brands are judged.  Nothing available today surpasses Legatia Pro in sonic performance.

The Legatia Pro series is an emerging line for Hybrid Audio Technologies.  It has taken years to develop the first two Pro-series products, the Legatia L1 Pro tweeter, and the limited edition Legatia L1 Pro SE radiator ring tweeter.  Both products are sold ala carte, or can be combined with Legatia products to make a “hybrid” of the two product lines.  The next product to be released in the Legatia Pro Series is the Legatia Pro L3, which will be the world’s finest 3” small format midrange.  The L3 Pro is expected soon.  Immediately following the L3 Pro will be the L6 Pro midbass.  If you would like to be kept in the loop with regard to release dates and any other pertinent information, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

The Legatia L1 Pro™ SE Series tweeter a limited-edition, super high-end mobile audio tweeter based upon the architecture of the original and highly-acclaimed Hybrid Audio Technologies Legatia L1 Pro transducer.  The Legatia Pro L1 SE is ring radiator tweeter that has superior damping and extended frequency response.  The Pro L1 SE is the new benchmark for radiator ring diaphragm tweeters.
