The Hybrid Audio product line is currently divided into three distinct categories:

• Entry-Level High Performance: Clarus™ series;

• High-Performance: Legatia™ series; and

• Super High-Performance: Legatia Pro™ series (including the Legatia L1 Pro™ tweeter, available now).

These product lines give you the ability to choose which high-performance product line best suites your mobile audio application, whether it be enjoying music during your long commute to work or school, tarrying in the garage listening to your favorite tune, or winning national- and world-championship trophies in organized car audio competition.  The product lines are detailed below:

Clarus™ Series

Clarus™ is the entry-level high performance speaker line from Hybrid Audio Technologies.  We use the phrase "entry-level" rather loosely, as we think you'll find these speaker systems to outperform systems costing twice and three times as much.  The Clarus systems contain speaker drivers and passive crossover networks that were developed and assembled with a significant effort in research and development, materials science engineering, an exhaustive level of sampling and prototyping, real-world testing, and obsessive attention to detail.   The Clarus™ line is a cost-effective approach to getting high-end Hybrid Audio sound in any car!  Go here for the Clarus User's Manual and Car Audio Reference Guide.

Legatia™ Series

Legatia™ is the high-performance speaker line from Hybrid Audio Technologies.  Technically speaking, the Legatia™ series is our “middle range” offering, but Legatia™ has the heart and soul of a super high-end brand, at a fairly reasonable price.  When we set out to design this series, we anticipated it being judged against sets significantly higher in cost and perceived value, and wanted to be sure that there would be no comparison to Legatia™.  If you love the sound of true high-fidelity loudspeakers, Legatia™ is the right choice.  The Legatia™ series is a no-nonsense approach to speaker design, with sound principles applied to materials science and low tolerance manufacturing.  Legatia™ is the line of drivers we use in all of our championship competition cars and Team Hybrids members cars.  Go here for our downloads page to learn more about each speaker system below.  Please choose your destination:

Legatia Pro™ Series

The Legatia Pro™ Series builds on the success of the original Legatia™ series.  Under the guidance of industry stalwart and multiple expert world championship car audio competitor and speaker engineer, Scott Buwalda, this series is the culmination of 20 years of car audio research and development, resulting in the ultimate masterpiece of mobile audio.  The Legatia Pro™ line is for the most discerning audiophile, adopting several principles from the Legatia™ series, expanding the technology even further with the highest level of materials science and total quality engineering. 

The Pro™ Series starts with an incredible new tweeter that is available right now.  The Legatia L1 Pro™ Series tweeter boasts a larger diaphragm and lower resonance frequency for use in large midbass two-way systems, and incorporation with other manufacturer's products that do not offer a wide-bandwidth midrange design.  The L1 Pro™ tweeter sets the benchmark for tuned-chamber car audio tweeters.
